One (1) entry of Antennas Direct Big Game Giveaway has a chance to win; one (1) Antennas Direct TV antenna of your choice and one (1) Sony’s BRAVIA XR 75” Class X93L Mini LED 4K HDR Google TV, Model XR-75X93L (Actual Retail Value $2500.00). One (1) winning entry will be randomly selected and contacted via, email, phone, or through an instant message on Facebook. You understand that you are providing your information to Antennas Direct, Inc. and to Sony Electronics Inc. (for delivery of the Prize only), and NOT to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or Twitter.
Prize Eligibility: Only persons who are at least 18 years of age can enter and participation must be located in the United States. You must register with valid information. Do not enter any information that relates or belongs to another person. This offer is limited to one reward per household. One (1) winner will be chosen at random, no purchase or skill required to participate.
Condition: By entering, each participant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Antennas Direct, Inc., which shall be final. Antennas Direct, Inc., employees and legal advisors are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind; (ii) failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions; (iii) any condition caused by events beyond the control of Antennas Direct, Inc. that may cause the Giveaway to be disrupted or corrupted; (iv) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Giveaway. Antennas Direct, Inc. reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel the Giveaway at any time if a computer virus, bug or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper play of the Giveaway.
Limitations of Liability: The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment associated with or utilized in the Giveaway; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to shipping or other malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software;(3)unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Giveaway; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Giveaway or the processing of entries; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Entrant's participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. If for any reason an Entrant's entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, Entrant's sole remedy is another entry in the Giveaway, provided that such confirmation occurs prior to the Giveaway.
General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Giveaway, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
Each participant should be aware that the winner of Sony’s BRAVIA XR 75” Class X93L Mini LED 4K HDR Google TV, Model XR-75X93L will be solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with receipt and use of the prize due to prize value being $600 or more. The winner will receive an IRS form 1099-misc for the fair market value of $2500.00 from Sony Electronics Inc.
Release: By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Sony Electronics Inc. (including its agents, distributors and resellers), Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Twitter of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors and each such company's officers, direction, employees and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any claim or causes of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use or misuse of the prize or any portion of the prize.
Sony Electronics Inc. is prize provider and not otherwise sponsoring or administering this promotion.
