Shipping Policy

We offer FREE UPS Ground shipping on all orders shipped within the contiguous United States.

Our warehouse ships same-day Monday through Friday on orders received by 12pm CST, excluding holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day (July 4), Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

We offer three shipping methods from our Memphis, TN warehouse:

UPS Ground (arrives in 1 to 4 business days)
UPS Next Day Air (orders placed Monday - Thursday by 12pm CST)
UPS 2nd Day Air (orders placed Monday - Wednesday by 12pm CST)

UPS offers delivery times Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. (and sometimes later) to residences, and to business addresses during their normal business hours, excluding holidays. Weekend delivery is available in eligible locations. You also get free UPS Tracking information for your shipment, 24/7.

UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes, military APO, FPO, and DPO for addresses in the United States.

Shipping Costs

The shipping charges calculated for orders shipped 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air are based on Antennas Direct's discretion. All shipping charges are subject to change at any time.
