ClearStream TV™ Warranty
Antennas Direct® Inc. warrants our products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of NINETY (90) DAYS from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user purchaser (Warranty Period). If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, at its option, Antennas Direct® Inc. will exchange the part with a new or refurbished part that is equivalent to the original part without charge to the purchasers when returned with proof of date of purchase. The replacement part will assume a new NINETY (90) DAY warranty from the date Antennas Direct® Inc. sends you the replacement part. This warranty does not cover damages resulting from accident, negligence, improper service or use, or other causes not arising out of defects in materials or workmanship.
Please follow these instructions:
1) Call 1-877-825-5572 and speak to one of our customer service representatives to review your claim.
2) Be sure to have all items packaged properly to avoid shipping damage. If the product arrives at our location damaged, you will be responsible for filing a freight claim with the shipper you have chosen to use. We will not be responsible for any damages due to packing.
3) All returns must be received within 15 business days from the date your claim has been made or your return will be rejected.
This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties and no other warranties and no other representations or claims of any nature shall be binding on or obligate Antennas Direct® Inc. in any way. Any implied warranties applicable to this product, including warranties of merchant ability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the ninety (90) day period described above. In no event will Antennas Direct® Inc. be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from possession, use, or malfunction of Antennas Direct® Inc. product(s).
