DB4e Ultra Long Range Indoor/Outdoor Multi-Directional Digital TV Antenna is rated 4.5897 out of 5 by 39.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good Value for your money This Antenna was simple to install. I live 69 miles from the TV tower, in the Pacigic Northwest, so I am surrounded by big trees and lots of hills and mountains. I was not even sure that I should try but this antenna was very reasonably priced so I tried it, and it picked up several stations right off. I added a signal booster and got even more. I talked to customer service and they recommended a Clearview UHF antenna be added to boost it even more. Now I get everything except for 1 station. I also have to mention that Antenna Directs customer service is the best I have ever seen. They walked me through everything and every problem. They are the best!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointing Purchased this antenna to replace one that I had for 15 years which no longer had the rotation device. I was not able to get Channel 9, one of the stations we really liked to watch. Other than that it still worked great. Nice clear picture. This new antenna does not get Channel 9 either, even though it is only 41 miles from my home. The picture quality is not as good as the old antenna was. But, since I had to pay someone to put it up for me and would have had to pay again to have it taken down, I kept it. I do feel I am no better off than I was with my old antenna. I am disappointed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Better than I thought it would be This was the antenna recommended by Antenna's Direct for my location. Since I had it installed I have been extremely happy with it. I have coupled this antenna with a DVR solution and with those two in place there is hardly any difference from when I use to have cable. I highly recommend a getting a DVR solution with any over-the-air antenna because let's face it who watches live TV nowadays? I used the Antenna's Direct recommended installers for my area and they were fantastic. They were able to install the Antenna on my house and wire it up so the entire house gets the signal. Now during severe weather the picture gets a bit pixelated but still watchable. All other times the picture is perfectly sharp and clear.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Local channels? No problem! I wanted to take advantage of the digital signals from network TV stations, but didn't want an unsightly antenna hanging around outside. An antenna in the attic was the solution (on paper), but would it work? HECK yea! I live in Michigan, and installed this thing with TONS of snow on my roof, and everything worked great! I was able to pull in all the networks (including multiples from surrounding cities). I even got a few bonus channels to boot! Antennas Direct Customer Service was outstanding to work with, and walked me through every necessary step. Thanks!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Pleased with the DB4e We tried another antenna that was recommended by a family member and it just did not do the job. we live pretty far out and have a lot of trees in the broadcast path. I was about to give up on the whole thing and called AD based on their website info. The man on the other end of the call did everything including check our site on Google Earth. The thing he did not do was pressure me into buying anything. I had limited success with the DB4e at first but moved it to a couple of other locations on my roof and Voila! OK , back to the review of the Antenna . In short it works. The picture is clear, better than the cable picture we had previously. What else needs to be said; good people, good service , and good antenna. Over and out.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The whole package ! I purchased my antenna in March and I have finally finished tinkering around and fine tuning. From my first conversation with your staff I have felt that your people actually care about customer satisfaction. The duration of time from the purchase to the final product had nothing to do with the degree of difficulty, only my availability and good weather conditions for installation. I have only one simple suggestion and that is a label on each of the antenna leads that plug into the splitter that is mounted on the antenna mast . It identifies the UHF vs. VHF leads for those of us that might not know the difference. At this point I am totally pleased with the new television set , the antenna the entire experience. Thank you, Jim Bialosky

Rated 4 out of 5 by from does it work? Yes, for the most part We bought the antenna because we live on Long Island about 45 miles from NY city. We do get quite a few channels (bout 40) but not all come in clean and many are spanish language. You can get the major channels when pointed towards the city, the key is to place it as high as possible (ours is 25-30 feet up) and not blocked. picture quality is awesome and you do get enough channels to surf. Overall we are satisfied enough that we would not go back to cable. (we have apple TV also) You just need hulu
