The ClearStream 2MAX™ antenna uses patented technology to receive TV signals 60+ miles away from broadcast towers. With virtually no assembly, this antenna is ideal for suburban areas where heavy foliage or roofing materials can reduce the incoming signal. Dedicated UHF and VHF multi-directional elements deliver range and reception in less-than-ideal locations. No other antenna can match its performance in such a compact form. Includes a 20" mast, indoor base stand, heavy-duty, all-weather mounting hardware, an adjustable mast clamp, and sealing pads.

Did You Know?

There are many advantages to choosing an HDTV outdoor antenna over an indoor antenna. An outdoor antenna will have fewer obstructions and less interference (noise) from other electronic devices in your home. A single outdoor antenna can service more than one television at a time. If your home had satellite or cable service, the coaxial cable needed to send the antenna's signal to all your TVs is already installed.

Set Up is Easy

Locate the broadcast towers serving your area at antennapoint.com. If indoors, place near a window or wall facing the broadcast towers for the best results. If outdoors, make sure you have the best possible line of sight to the broadcast towers. Connect one end of a coaxial cable to the antenna and the other end to your TV. Scan for the available channels using your TV's remote control. Try several locations to find the best reception and remember to scan for channels in each location. Enjoy all your favorite local and network shows in full HD 1080 where available.

Reduce Your Monthly TV Bill to $0

You can now experience HDTV in the highest quality picture and sound available. Over-the-air broadcasts are transmitted in crystal-clear, full HD 1080; far less compressed than what cable and satellite offer. Many local broadcasts are digitally aired in 5.1 Surround Sound, giving you the ultimate soundstage for watching live television. With a digital TV antenna, you can receive free, local news, weather, kid's shows, sports, cooking, shopping, and sitcoms from networks like ABC, NBC, CBS, FOX, PBS, CW, ION, and much more, with no cost or contracts. Broadcast TV won't be interrupted from service dropouts. Quick fact: local sports are broadcast free over-the-air. You just need an antenna!

Why do our antennas out-perform the competition? The proof is in the patented loop design. The CLEARSTREAM series is engineered to respond to a greater range of frequencies along with a wide beam angle, eliminating the need for rotation.

ClearStream 2MAX Long Range Indoor / Outdoor TV Antenna is rated 4.5 out of 5 by 53.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Antenna, Eave Mount, 50+ Miles Very happy with the 2Max. Old house, built in 1923 with huge trees everywhere. Roughly 50 miles north of Denver and 50+ miles south of Cheyenne WY. Channel scan got 68 channels. (59 without my homemade 3' mast extension) Went with the eave mount on the north side of the house, which is where the satellite dish was. Used the dish cable and ground wire. Getting Denver and Boulder to the south, Fort Collins and Cheyenne to the north. Very crisp and clear pictures. No Denver/Boulder pixelation at all. Occasional Cheyenne pixelation but only when very windy. Very impressed considering all the huge trees around here.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Attic Reception, North Naples Florida! My computer has an HD tuner, so I've been able to use it as a DVR. Since Xfinity/Comcast no longer carries the ClearQAM channels, I needed an antenna to pick up local programming. I mounted the antenna in the attic and pointed the face towards the towers in Ft Myers. The reception is very clear. Now I can record certain shows to watch later. That save the cost of DVR service with Xfinity. I did experiment with the mounting location before making it permanent. You can use antennapoint.com to locate the towers in your area based on zip code. However, antennaweb.org lets you drag the pointer around on the map to pinpoint your location for better aim.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Does the JOB I bought this antenna based on what the website recommended, I however did not pay attention to the exact amount of channtit will receive. I've finally managed to get 34/36 the antenna claims to receive. I can't speak on its durability since I've had it less than a week. They had to send me another order as the original was either misplaced or stolen. It doesn't pickup all channels crisp and clear so I'm goning to buy a pre-amp and see if that helps. I have it on a 5ft pole placed in the existing DTV mount so it's about 20Ft off the ground. I've used the built in compass on my phone to aim the antenna into the general direction the channels come from.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Cutting the cable better than ever! After trying indoors worked just okay. Only 3 channels. Set outside on the front porch and received 5 to 8 channels depending on direction. Mounted on eve and receive 20+ channels. That is with the older ClearStream 2V I purchased from Best Buy in Lafayette, La. and I live in Franklin, La.. IF I had known a newer model was coming out that is better than what i have. However will get another later. Thank you for a fine product regardless and cutting the cable saves me $$$'s. However think I need an amplifier. ALSO is there a cable splitter that can connect two antennas at once that is pointed in two directions?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for Indoors - Cord Cutting Here The best feature for this antenna is how simple and fast I can assemble it. Removed from the box, and simply snapping the antenna onto the base was a matter of minutes. With the antenna next to the television, I did not have to worry about adding a long cable to my existing system. This antenna is great, simply from its ability to be installed next to the television and not having to worry about mounting it outside. I am going to purchase another one for my girlfriend. She has decided to cut the cord on the local cable provider and use this antenna for her local stations, and watch her movies via Netflix. One suggestion - Perhaps, a six foot coax cable could be included with the antenna.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome Antenna My neighbors are seniors they are very pleased with the Clear Stream 2 Max Long Range Indoor/Outdoor along with the booster, it was the only product that would get reception in our area due to the mountain elevation. I was able to scan in 21 channels that my neighbors enjoy watching and they were very happy to disconnect from Spectrum our local cable company that kept raising the price on the monthly bill. My neighbors called Spectrum only to get a very rude CSR, so they found another way! Thanks to Antenna Direct you made them very happy I will never forget the smile on there face when they saw the beautiful sharp picture. Very easy to install and very helpful CSR. We installed the Antenna inside and works great. Thanks again! Highly recommend this product.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from We cut the cord to try this out So far the antenna has pulled in 30 channels. Some of them are duplicates though. I don't have it pointed the right direction but I'm close. I reside in Nebraska between Lincoln and Omaha. I could pull 34 channels in with my Leaf antenna. Hopefully I will gain a couple more channels once I have it pointed the right direction. I used my existing Direct TV mounting hardware on my roof to mount this antenna. It is much stronger and stable than the mounting hardware supplied with this antenna. The hardware that comes with it might be adequate though. So far we are pretty happy although it does take some time getting used to limited viewing options. If you like watching shows from the 70's and 80's then going back to an antenna is a no brainer. It's still better than paying to watch TV and renting the receivers although my children will tell you otherwise. For the price, it's a good option. You can always try it out and if it's not for you then return it. Don't let the cable people lead you to believe you can't live without cable TV. You can !! I grew up with three channels and I survived. Same goes for these expensive cell phones. If there is a down side, I wished there were more sports channels available to watch. I will miss college football, How It's Made, and the outdoor channels.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Working well for me I first tried a 65 mile amplified indoor antenna that was recommended to me by a sales person at Best Buy. I spent 4 days messing with that one and couldn't pull in the high VHF stations from 31-33 miles away no matter what I did. My neighbors were able to just use rabbit ears but I think the plaster, lath and oak studs of my old house were creating a lot of problems compared to new house construction. I returned that one and came home with the ClearStream 2MAX and got all the nearest local stations just sticking it in a corner of my living room! Supposedly I could pull 10 more putting it in the attic or on the roof, but I am happy with what I'm getting as I stream the cable channels. And right now I am happy to not go into my attic during a hot spell in July or on the roof. Maybe when the weather cools down I will relocate it.
